About The Designer :

Margaret E. Hargrave was born in Portsmouth, Virginia but grew up in Richmond, Virginia. She moved to Northern, Virginia with her husband and two girls in 1977 where she lived until 2002. Margaret was a Mortgage Loan Officer all the years she was in the Northern Virginia Area. After her Father passed away Margaret moved to Williamsburg, Virginia to be closer to her mother. She re-modeled her Mom’s house, located in North Suffolk, Virginia and moved in with her in 2004. She resides there today. 

Margaret and her cousin, Mary, started a company, MaryMargaret Designs in 2003. They did small craft shows in the area at first and then went on to much larger shows. In 2006 Margaret started her own Company, Maggie ME Designs. Her gift cards, tags and jewelry are well known from Virginia to California. Friends and neighbors know they can call on Margaret to make quality items to suit their individual personalities. Margaret has a following of customers that show up at craft shows to see what new items she has designed.
